1. Buy bird nests from the Grand Exchange
2. Take out your bird nests noted and a stack of coins (50gp per bird nest) and teleport to Nardah. The best teleport is the Desert amulet 4 from the Desert elite diary.
3. Go to Wesley, use your noted bird nests on him and select "crush all".
4. Sell the bird nests back to Grand Exchange for profit
